Meredith Young is the visionary founder, president, and CEO of Just Peachy Locations. A lifelong resident of Georgia, Meredith grew up in Rome, where her academic excellence shone as she graduated valedictorian from Coosa High School. Her passion for business led her to the University of Georgia, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree.

With over two decades of experience in Forsyth County, Meredith has a deep-rooted knowledge of the area that, combined with her expertise in the Real Estate industry, uniquely positions Just Peachy Locations for continued success. Meredith’s dedication to both her community and her craft has made her a trusted leader in the industry, bringing innovative location solutions and a personal touch to every project.

MARKETING DIRECTOR

A sophomore studying Film at Georgia State University with a minor in Art History, Samuel brings his creativity and lifelong passion for storytelling to help filmmakers and creators find the perfect locations for their projects.

With his keen eye for detail and innovative ideas, Samuel plays a big part in making sure Just Peachy stands out in the world of location scouting. He’s dedicated to turning creative visions into reality, one location at a time.

CHIEF PHOTOGRAPHER

Dylan Newell is a lifelong Georgia native and passionate creative with a background in film production. He attended the University of North Georgia, earning a bachelor’s degree in film and digital media, where he developed hands-on experience across all stages of production.

Today, Dylan serves as chief photographer for Just Peachy Locations, using his technical expertise to ensure that Georgia’s diverse locations are carefully photographed to highlight their unique character. With a deep appreciation for his home state, Dylan is dedicated to showcasing Georgia’s production-ready sites and solidifying the Peach State’s reputation as a premier destination for film and television production.

OFFICE MANAGER

Carly is a Cumming, Georgia native and well-versed in the growing entertainment industry. She is a graduate of Kennesaw State University's Joel A. Katz Entertainment Business Program where she studied alongside veterans of music and film. As a musician and actor, Carly's unique skill set spans both the creative and business sides of the industry, and she is excited to be part of bringing entertainment to her home state of Georgia.
